Every instrument we sell undergoes a rigorous inspection and refurbishment process. We do not ship equipment until it meets our quality standards and is ready for your bench.
Restored to Original Manufacturer Specifications
At BioLabTek, refurbishing is not simply a matter of cleaning and repackaging. Our technicians conduct a thorough evaluation of every component, repairing or replacing parts as needed and restoring each instrument to meet original manufacturer specifications. Every piece is then calibrated, tested under operating conditions, and cleared by a final inspection before it is approved for sale and shipment.
Intake and Assessment
Every incoming instrument is logged and assessed to document its condition and identify areas requiring attention.
Repair and Replacement
Worn or damaged components are repaired or replaced with equal weight parts to restore full operating condition.
Calibration and Testing
The instrument is calibrated and tested under real operating conditions to verify performance and accuracy.
Final Inspection
A final quality check is completed before the instrument is photographed, listed, and prepared for secure shipment.
